1. Aerobic Zone

The aerobic zone is where oxygen is present in abundance. This area includes the root zone of the plant where the roots are actively absorbing water from the soil. There is a high rate of movement between air and water in this region. In other words, there is an abundance of oxygen for the plant and the amount of carbon dioxide that is released into the air can actually be toxic to the plant…

 2. Anaerobic Zone

The anaerobic zone is the area where we do not want oxygen. This is the place where there is no oxygen at all. Here, the carbon dioxide levels rise. But, carbon dioxide is a gas and doesn’t mix well with water. So, the carbon dioxide mixes with water below the surface of the earth and creates an acidic environment. Because of the highly acidic nature of this area, it is best suited only for the decomposition of organic materials.

Substrate Zone

This is the bottom layer of the soil where the majority of the decomposing organic matter resides. Microbe activity is highest here. This is where the microorganisms thrive. As the microbes break down the organic material, they release their waste products into the soil. Some of these waste products include phosphorous, nitrogen, sulfur, calcium, magnesium, sodium, copper, iron, zinc, manganese, and many others. These waste products are then taken up by the substrate zone and are distributed throughout the entire top layer of the soil. The nutrients are absorbed by the foliage of the plant through its leaves. aeracja

(Aeracja – Aerach)

The word Aracaju is a combination of two Polish words “Are” meaning Air and “Cia”, meaning Agency.

It means Agency of Aerial Resources. The company was founded in 2010 and is based out of Denver Colorado. Their primary focus is supplying hydroponic equipment, and they are considered one of the best geoponics companies around. They supply many different types of systems that can each meet specific needs. This includes their root zone kits, air movement systems, fertilizer injectors and liquid fertilizers, pH controls, fustigation pumps, lighting systems, and water culture systems among other things. aeracja

They even have a full line of aerologic supplies like fertilizer bags, grow lights, grow tents, pots etc. Some of this may seem similar to what others offer but if you look closely at their products and services you will see that they have taken the time to make sure that they only sell top quality products and provide exceptional customer service. They make sure to take the time to learn about your growing needs before selling you anything. aeracja

Aerobic

Aerobic bacteria are those that need oxygen to live, grow, reproduce, multiply and thrive. If your soils aren’t regularly aerated and well-drained, they won’t contain enough aerobic bacteria. And if they don’t have enough aerobic bacteria, then they’ll be too wet or too dry for the roots to grow into.

Anaerobic

Anaerobic bacteria, on the other hand, do not require oxygen to survive. They can tolerate both high and low moisture levels and even become dormant when exposed to air.

Alkaline pH

pH refers to how acidic or alkaline the water is. When we say soil needs to be alkaline, we’re talking about having a soil pH higher than 7 (the neutral point). This means that at any given time, some portion of the soil’s PH will be above 7. Soil with a lower pH is considered acid. aeracja
