Nutrition

Nutrition is a big topic that I wanted to touch upon briefly. When growing crops, the nutrition needs to be right. This means having enough phosphorous, potassium, calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, selenium, zinc, boron and iodine. However, there is no need for us to add any supplements into our soil. We should strive to add natural nutrients into our soils naturally, as this will allow the plants to grow to their fullest potential.1000/60

Soil Fertility

Soils are the source of life for all crops. They contain carbon, oxygen, hydrogen and other compounds needed by plants for survival. The soil will affect the amount of vitamins and minerals absorbed from the plants roots. Therefore we want to ensure the soil contains nutrients that are beneficial to the plants. There are two common methods of doing this: organic soil preparations and commercial synthetic fertilisers.

Organic soil preparations are done through the application of compost, manure, green manures and mulch. Organic fertilisers are usually created using animal waste, but some can be made entirely from recycled materials. Commercial fertilizers are manufactured synthetically based on chemical reactions. Both of these methods have their advantages and disadvantages.1000/60

The best option would be to use a combination of both organic and commercial fertilisers.

 Water Management

Water management is a key part of farming. It takes a long time to establish good crop rotation and soil fertility. Once this is achieved though, water management becomes less important. This is because once the plant starts producing its own food, it doesn’t require much water.1000/60

1000

The first number represents the amount of days you should focus on your project. This means that you should strive to complete at least 1 day per week in order to reach this goal.

60

This number refers to the amount of minutes you should spend working on your project each day. So you should work at least 60 minutes every single day to achieve this goal.1000/60

1. How much time did you spend watching TV per day last week?

 2. How many times per month do you watch TV? Average number of hours per session.

 3. How long was the average duration of each viewing session?

 4. How many channels were you subscribed to last week?

 5. Did you record any programs with this channel last week?

 6. Do you plan to subscribe to this channel anytime soon?

 7. Which programs did you record last week?

 8. How much longer would you have watched this program had you recorded it?

1st

It means that one second equals 1 mS. So 60 seconds would equal 1 minute. There are 60 minutes in an hour; therefore, 1 minute  1000 milliseconds.

6th

This means that one sixth of the whole number is six. This is what we do when we divide 1000 into 1006. We divide 1000 by 6 and then multiply by 6. Therefore, 1000 divided by 12 equals 80. Since 80 divided by 6 equals 13, the answer is 6.

60 Minutes

60 minutes is the perfect amount of time to watch television. It is the same length as a movie but shorter than any episode of Game of Thrones. This means that you can fit almost any program into this amount of time without feeling too rushed. And it is good enough for you to watch while doing other things around the house, like cooking, laundry, cleaning etc.

1000 Words

1000 words is really not much at all. It could take you 2 hours to write 1000 words. Maybe more! But considering that you can read 1000 words in less than 20 seconds it doesn’t seem like a big deal. So if you’re looking to accomplish something in a small amount of time, 1000 words is definitely the way to go.
